• Hydro Aerobics – This class gives adults and aerobic workout in the water with virtually no strain on their joints. Ankle and or arm weights can be added as strength is built up for a more intense workout

"My son Ryan has been swimming with Jessica since May 2010. When Ryan first began his lessons, he was three years old and petrified of the water. On his first day at Saf-T-Swim he grabbed onto my legs and was not going into the water. Jessica came out of the pool to get him and brought him into the water. He cried for most of the first lesson, but Jessica was very patient with him and continued to make him feel as comfortable with her as possible. The second lesson began in the same way. Jessica came out of the pool to get a screaming child. This time he cried a little less once he was I the water. The third week there were tears again, but by the time I got to the viewing room Ryan had stopped crying. I could believe my ears later that night when he told me that he loved swimming and couldn't wait to see Jessica the following week.

Now, one year later, Ryan has earned three ribbons at Saf-T-Swim and he is a confident swimmer. I attribute this transformation to all of Jessica's efforts. She is an extremely caring and patient instructor. She was very flexible with Ryan, and she quickly learned his limits and pushed him in a loving way. Jessica has helped my both my children become confident swimmers as well as safe swimmers. Her constant praise and patience with my boys has helped them to thrive. "
