At Saf-T-Swim Riverhead, we offer private swimming lessons with one-on-one instruction for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Our Saf-T-Swim certified private swim instructors provide attentive, expert guidance for a more personalized experience that gets better results. As a proud member of the United States Swim School Association, we tailor our private swim lessons based on the needs and abilities of each swimmer. The result is a productive swim class tailored to progress at a comfortable pace for each swimmer while building confidence in and around water.
Private swim lessons are perfect for children and adults who learn better with individual attention. Whether it’s an anxious first-time swimmer or a child with special needs, young swimmers respond better to one-on-one instruction. A private swim class can also work wonders for adults who have put off learning to swim or are interested in overcoming a lifelong fear of the water. Competitive swimmers who need targeted training to refine existing skills also love our private swim classes.
Because they provide a safe and supportive environment, private swim lessons ensure that each student gets personalized attention in a warm-water setting. This comfortable environment is free from judgment and distractions, too. Our pools are always heated and our seasoned instructors have a passion for helping swimmers reach their goals. Our experienced teaching team at Saf-T-Swim Riverhead takes a patient, compassionate approach to each private swim lesson.
When you or your child enroll in a private swim class at Saf-T-Swim Riverhead, you can expect a positive, rewarding experience that will promote a love and respect of the water. Private lessons also open the door to special moments with friends and family, so you can dive into the deep end together. A private swim class can even be a great option for former runners and other athletes who want to explore healthy, lower-impact exercise options.
Some parents wonder whether private swim lessons or group swim classes will be a better fit for their children. While everyone learns differently, many people prefer private swimming lessons over group classes, which can be noisy and distracting. In a large class with several swimmers, children can sometimes feel overwhelmed, insecure, and ignored. At Saf-T-Swim Riverhead, we provide private swimming lessons exclusively, because we believe personalized curriculums and one-on-one instruction promote optimal results.
